No. Women in Rhythm is designed for women intentionally creating their next chapter—whether you're building a business, leading within an organization, navigating a transition, or creating meaningful work.
How many are in each cohort?
Each cohort is intentionally limited to six women to create deeper conversations, stronger relationships, meaningful accountability, and space for every voice to be heard.
Is Women in Rhythm the right fit for me?

What if I miss a session?
Life happens. If you're unable to attend a session, you'll still have access to the cohort community and can continue participating. Because the experience is built around live conversation and shared learning, regular attendance is encouraged.
Is Future Mapping before the cohort begins?
Yes. Every woman begins with a private 1:1 Future Mapping session before the cohort gathers. It creates clarity, identifies your priorities, and helps you begin the experience with intention.
Are sessions recorded?
No. Women in Rhythm is intentionally designed as a live, confidential experience that encourages presence, meaningful conversation, and trust.
Are the Winery Dinner and Graduation Gathering included?
No. These optional gatherings are separate experiences and are offered at an additional cost. They're designed as opportunities to deepen relationships and celebrate the journey together.
